Employment Opportunity for Clerk Position (Consular Section)

 

The Royal Thai Embassy in Ottawa is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Clerk (Consular Section). Details are as follows:

 

Job Title:                     General Clerk (Consular Section)

Salary:                         CAD$2,625.00 per month starting salary with yearly incremental increase and year’s end bonus.

Hours:                         Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (also after hours if urgent work is required)

Location:                     Royal Thai Embassy

                                    180 Island Park Drive, Ottawa, ONK1Y 0A2

 

1.      Qualifications:

1.1      Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.

1.2      Has good command of English and French

1.3      Completed a diploma or higher

1.4      Public-service minded and eager to serve the public.

1.5     Available to work after hours and travel province-wide or inter-provincial      when requested.

1.6      Clear criminal records check

 

2.      Required Documents

2.1              Cover letter with resume in English.

2.2              Copy of passport (and Permanent Residence card if non-Canadian citizen)

2.3              Copy of transcripts

2.4              Two photographs size 1”x1”
